Cashiering:

Processing customer payments, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions, issuing receipts, and managing refunds or exchanges.

Sales Assistance:

Assisting customers with product inquiries, providing information about products and services, and potentially cross-selling or upselling.

Customer Service:

Providing friendly and efficient service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Stock Management:

Helping with the general upkeep of the store, including stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and ensuring a tidy environment.

Point-of-Sale Operations:

Utilizing the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:

Customer Service:
