Handle all billing and cash transactions accurately at the point of sale.
Process payments via cash, card, UPI, or other digital modes.
Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as per company policy.
Maintain proper cash register balance and daily transaction records.
Ensure the billing area is organized, clean, and customer-friendly.
Assist customers with queries regarding prices, offers, and payment options.
Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure accurate billing and stock updates.
Requirements:
Proficiency in billing software and basic computer applications (MS Office, POS systems).
Prepare daily sales and cash reconciliation reports. Experience: 1-3 years as a Cashier in a apparel retail showroom or fashion/lifestyle store.
Excellent communication skills in English and hindi, kannada.
Strong numerical accuracy and customer service orientation.
