Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers warmly
Manage table reservations and customer flow
Ensure excellent guest experience throughout the visit
Accurately handle billing and POS operations
Manage cash, UPI, and card transactions
Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints politely
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the reception/billing area
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service (freshers can also apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasing personality and customer-focused attitude
Basic computer and POS knowledge
Ability to multitask and work during peak hours
