Job Description

We are looking for a Cashier - Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling daily cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries politely Maintain daily cash records and ensure proper reconciliation Assist customers with billing, invoices, and basic service-related queries Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

:

Minimum qualification:

12th / Any Degree

Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred

Basic knowledge of billing systems and MS Excel Good

Communication skills (English and Local Language)

Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude

18K - 22K
