Cashier / Counter Staff
to manage billing, customer interaction, and counter operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle cash, UPI, and card payments accurately.
Manage customer billing and invoicing.
Assist customers with product details, orders, and queries.
Maintain counter hygiene, cleanliness, and product display.
Coordinate with store staff regarding stock, refills, and inventory.
Prepare daily cash summary and sales reports.
Ensure smooth and professional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
Experience as a cashier, counter staff, or in retail/food service preferred.
Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, and POS systems.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage rush hours and work long shifts.
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass.
