We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a

Cashier/Customer Service Representative

. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions accurately, and supporting overall restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment. Accurately take and process orders using POS (Point of Sale) system. Handle cash and mobile payments responsibly and accurately. Answer customer questions about the menu and make recommendations when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area. Assist with packaging orders for dine-in, takeout, or delivery. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally or escalate to the owner as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Perform opening and closing duties as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is a plus. Basic math and computer skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
