Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues. Maintaining a Clean and Organized Checkout Area: Ensuring a tidy workspace for efficient service. Balancing Cash Drawers: Counting and reconciling cash at the beginning and end of each shift. Processing Returns and Exchanges: Following store procedures for handling returns and exchanges. Assisting with Basic Inventory: May be required to restock shelves or assist with inventory management. Following Store Procedures: Adhering to company policies and procedures, including those related to coupons, gift cards, and the sale of certain items.
