Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer billing using computer/software
Manage cash, card, and UPI transactions
Assist customers with queries and product information
Maintain cleanliness and arrangement of counters
Coordinate with staff and ensure smooth daily operations
Generate daily sales and cash reports
Manage inventory updates (basic level)
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Office)
Good communication & customer handling skills
Ability to manage rush hours with patience
Positive attitude and disciplined work approach
Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate
Experience in a mart, supermarket, or retail store preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
