Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable

Workshop Cashier

to manage cash transactions, generate invoices, and support the service team at our automotive workshop. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer payments (cash, card, digital) accurately and efficiently Prepare and issue invoices and receipts for workshop services Maintain daily cash reports and submit to accounts at day-end Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to confirm completed jobs Handle petty cash and maintain proper documentation Ensure accuracy of billing based on job cards and parts used Provide excellent customer service at the cashier counter Reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in a workshop or service center Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Basic accounting and invoicing knowledge Proficient in billing software or POS systems Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Accounting or related field is a plus)

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with workshop management systems Autoboom Basic knowledge of automotive parts and services Multilingual abilities are an advantage

Pay: ?8,734.12 - ?15,000.00 per month
