Job Summary

- Greets customers including answering phones and directing customer inquiries to appropriate party.

- Handles cash transactions between customer and retail store.

- Answers routine billing questions/issues from customers.

- Receives and processes all payments according to standard procedures.

- Scan products, operate scanning equipment and fix scanning issues.

- Processes credit and debit cards, helping customers use processing equipment.

- Counts money back to customer in an accurate and concise manner.

- Tallying cash handling, deposits. Closing

- Informs customers about products and services available and assesses customer needs.

- Coordinate with retail staff for product inquiries and price checks.

- Process receipts and in store coupons for customers. (if we have that system for our fast food then)

- Help stock shelves in proximity of the cash register

- Sending cash to the Bank on daily basis, with proper intimation from MD

- Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records.

- Count the cash in the drawer at the beginning, during and end of the day ensure cash equals receipts.

- Performs daily, weekly and monthly audits of cash intake or cash drawers.

- Inventory Management and doing audits for the same

- Highlighting the difference in Stock or Cash to the management on immediate basis

Responsibilities and Duties

- Possesses strong mathematical skills

- Cash handling experience preferred

- 6 months-2 years minimum of customer service or sales experience

- Track record of honesty and loyalty- 100% billing accuracy

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Accounts should tally EOD

- Error free work

- Completing work as per dead-line

- Pro in Calculations

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
