We are looking for a food corner cashier's position, this job includes greeting customers, taking orders accurately, processing payments via cash or card, and providing correct change and receipts. maintaining a clean and organized counter area, and restocking supplies. This role requires strong customer service and basic math skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer service:
Greet customers politely, answer questions, resolve complaints, and help with order suggestions.
Order and payment processing:
Take orders accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and card payments, issue receipts, and provide correct change.
Cash management:
Keep the cash drawer balanced at the end of the shift, and handle financial transactions accurately.
Store maintenance:
Keep the counter and dining area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Required Skills:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash.
Multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
