Job Title: Cashier

Location: SPAR Hypermarket - Brookfields

Department: Front End Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for efficient and customer-focused Cashiers to join SPAR Hypermarket, Brookfields. The role involves accurate billing, excellent customer service, and adherence to cash handling procedures. Training will be provided for freshers. Cashiers will receive a separate monthly Cashier Risk Allowance in addition to their salary.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process customer transactions using POS systems Handle cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments responsibly Ensure correct billing, discounts, and promotions are applied Maintain proper cash balance and follow cash control procedures Provide courteous and friendly service to customers Resolve basic billing-related customer queries Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the billing counter Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines
Eligibility & Skills:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass Prior cashier or retail experience preferred (freshers welcome) On-the-job training will be provided for freshers Basic computer knowledge preferred Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Honest, attentive, and responsible attitude
