Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle

daily cash, cheque, UPI, and card transactions

received from customers. Prepare

customer invoices

for vehicle purchases, service, accessories, and spare parts. Maintain and update

cashbook, receipts, and payment records

accurately. Ensure

billing accuracy

and verify prices, taxes, and discounts as per company policy. Reconcile

daily cash balance

, deposit cash in bank, and maintain deposit slips. Coordinate with

sales, service, and accounts departments

regarding payments and bill settlements. Process

refunds, credit notes, and customer payment adjustments

. Prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly reports

(collections, outstanding, petty cash, etc.). Maintain

petty cash

and record expenses properly. Handle customer queries related to bills, payments, and receipts. Ensure compliance with

GST billing

, company policies, and audit requirements. Support the accounts team during

month-end closing
