Job Responsibilities :
Process transactions: Scan and accurately total items, handle various payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, digital wallets), issue receipts, and bag purchases.
Cash management: Maintain an accurate cash drawer by counting funds at the beginning and end of shifts and preparing transaction reports.
Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions about products and promotions, and provide a positive checkout experience. Handle returns and exchanges: Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently and in accordance with store policies.
