Key Responsibilities

Accurately handle cash, card, and digital transactions at the billing counter. Process guest bills efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation and maintain transaction records. Provide guests with detailed receipts and resolve billing queries promptly. Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure smooth payment processes. Monitor and maintain the security of cash and other payment methods. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
Ideal Candidate

Prior experience as a cashier, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems, digital payment platforms, and billing software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle high-pressure situations. Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
