Duties:

Manage cash accounting

Perform customer billing in DMS, VP

Handle petty cash

Assist customer in deliveries

Handle customer in queries

Front office and customer lounge upkeep

Handling premises maintenance works

Qualification:

Excel and system knowledge

Good communication skills

Take initiative when required

Able to display control over activities
