Job Description

Processing Transactions:

Scanning items and verifying prices. Accepting various payment methods (cash, credit, debit). Issuing receipts and ensuring accurate transaction records. Balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts.

Customer Service:

Greeting customers and providing a welcoming atmosphere. Answering customer inquiries about products, store policies, or procedures. Resolving customer complaints and processing returns or exchanges. Assisting with basic customer needs, such as finding items or packing purchases.

Maintaining a Clean and Organized Workspace:

Keeping the checkout area tidy and well-organized. Following store procedures for handling coupons, gift cards, and other promotional items. Ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
