We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and manage transactions with efficiency and accuracy.
Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers.
Record daily transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of the shift.
Assist in stock taking and inventory updates when required.
Follow company policies on cash handling, returns, and customer service.
Cross-check daily sales with POS reports and alert discrepancies to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS systems.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
12th pass or Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in retail, jewellery, or hospitality is a plus.
Knowledge of billing software or accounting basics
