Retail Cashier - Sweet Line
Job Responsibilities
Handle all cash, UPI, card, and digital payments accurately and responsibly.
Generate bills/invoices for sweets, bakery items, snacks, and other products.
Maintain daily cash balance and ensure zero variance at shift closing.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Outlet Manager/Accounts team.
Verify product rates, offers, discounts, and GST details before billing.
Coordinate with sales staff for correct item billing and packing confirmation.
Manage customer queries related to billing, pricing, and payment issues.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the cash counter area.
Ensure safe handling of cash and follow company cash-handling SOPs.
Report any billing discrepancies, system issues, or shortages immediately.
Support inventory tracking by updating sales in the POS system accurately.
Follow company policies related to attendance, discipline, and customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
