Job Description

:

• To effectively interface with patients/ attendants, employees, vendors and doctors and handle cash with accuracy.

• To demonstrate application of basic accounting knowledge and skills.

• To collect cash from In Patients. & Outpatients

• To take scrolls from outpatients, pharmacy, emergency & in patient department at regular intervals.

• To disburse cash in case of Refund

• To prepare & timely deliver cheques to patients, for refunds,

• To prepare of daily cash & collection report.

• To ensure 100% accuracy of Cash Count at all the times.

• To ensure deposit of Cash into main cash/Bank at stipulated intervals

• To develop rapport with service user areas and foster teamwork within and across functions.

• To handle cash deposit with timeliness and accuracy

• To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.

• To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.

• To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.

• To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area

• To Comply with patient safety policy

• To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system.
