Process customer billing for furniture and accessories using
SAP (POS / SAP FICO / SAP Retail)
Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment modes
Generate invoices, receipts, delivery notes, and warranty documents
Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, GST, and offers as per company policy
Maintain daily cash register, reconcile cash collections, and prepare end-of-day reports
Coordinate with sales staff for order confirmation and billing accuracy
Update customer details and sales data in SAP system
Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and credit notes
Maintain proper documentation and comply with audit requirements
Provide courteous and professional service to customers
