Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
Generate bills and ensure correct billing as per POS system
Maintain daily cash balance and shift-wise reports
Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth operations
Handle guest queries related to billing politely and professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as a cashier (hospitality background preferred)
Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing software
Good communication and numerical skills
Well-groomed with a customer-friendly attitude
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
