Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately
Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
Redeem stamps and coupons
Balance cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of each shift
Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Follow all store and company policies and procedures
