Supervising and Training Cashiers:
Head cashiers train new cashiers, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure compliance with company policies.Cash Handling and Management:
They manage cash flow, ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliations, and maintain the security of cash funds.Customer Service:
Head cashiers handle customer complaints, resolve issues related to transactions, and ensure a positive customer experience.Point of Sale (POS) System Management:
They may be involved in troubleshooting POS issues and ensuring the system runs smoothly.Other Duties:
This may include assisting with inventory management, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
