Job Description

Customer service

: Greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues

Processing orders

: Taking orders, processing transactions, and preparing orders for pickup

Managing cash

: Collecting payments, balancing cash drawers, and ensuring accurate cash revenue

Inventory

: Contributing to inventory management and entering price changes

Maintaining the restaurant

: Ensuring the work area is clean and organized, and maintaining knowledge of the menu and wine list
