Key Responsibilities

High-Value Transaction Processing:

Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and layaways for high-value items (including diamonds, gold, and fine watches) using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

Security & Discretion:

Strictly adhere to all security protocols for inventory and cash handling; maintain absolute confidentiality regarding client purchases and company financial data.

Cash Management:

Reconcile cash drawers and credit card settlements daily, ensuring all figures match the POS system without discrepancy. Prepare bank deposits.

Client Service Support:

Greet clients professionally, handle initial inquiries, direct clients to appropriate sales associates, and assist with gift wrapping and presentation.

Documentation & Filing:

Process and file all sales receipts, financing agreements, warranty information, and internal documents accurately.

Inventory Handling:

Assist in receiving and tagging inventory under the supervision of management, ensuring items are secured immediately.

Store Presentation:

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at the cashier station and surrounding display areas.

Qualifications Required:

BCOM Minimum of 1 years of experience as a cashier/freshers can also apply. Excellent mathematical skills and proficiency in using POS systems. Professional demeanor and polished appearance appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
