Handle daily cash transactions
Receive payments from customers for vehicle sales, service, and spare parts.
Issue receipts and maintain proper cash records.
Verify and reconcile cash balances at the end of each day.
Ensure accuracy in billing and payment processing.
Maintain records of credit/debit card transactions and online payments.
Deposit daily collections into the company's designated bank account.
Support the accounts team with cash-related reports and documentation.
Handle customer queries related to billing and payments politely and professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
