Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cashier to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, managing orders, and providing excellent customer service. Familiarity with Pet Pooja software is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle cash transactions, including receiving payments, making change, and processing refunds.

2. Manage orders, including taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring timely delivery of food.

3. Maintain accurate records of transactions, including sales, refunds, and discounts.

4. Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints.

5. Operate Pet Pooja software to manage orders, process payments, and generate reports.

6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register and surrounding area.

7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Pay: From ?14,000.00 per month
