Job Description

Accurately process customer orders and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions Issue receipts, refunds, or changes due to customers Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items and promotions Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service Monitor and restock front-of-house supplies as needed Follow all cash handling and safety procedures Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
