Job Title: Cashier

Swayamvara Silks is looking for a reliable and efficient Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage cash transactions, ensure accurate billing, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a smooth checkout process.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.

Process payments using cash, credit/debit cards, or other methods as per company policy.

Issue receipts and ensure correct change is provided.

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Ensure the accuracy of daily cash reconciliation.

Assist customers with inquiries and provide prompt and polite service.

Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policy.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role in retail.

Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
