Customer service:
Greet customers, answer questions about products and services, and resolve any issues or complaints that arise during the checkout process.
Financial reconciliation:
Count cash at the beginning and end of each shift, balance the cash drawer, and report any discrepancies.
Store maintenance:
Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Handling returns:
Process customer returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policy.
