Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. You will manage toll transactions, ensure accurate collection of toll fees, and provide excellent customer service to motorists passing through our toll plazas.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist motorists approaching the toll plaza; determine the applicable toll category and communicate the toll amount clearly.

- Process toll payments accurately and efficiently in cash, card (credit/debit), or via electronic toll collection (ETC) systems like FASTag; handle multiple payment modes as available.

- Operate toll collection software and equipment, including barcode scanners, card readers, and ETC systems; ensure proper functioning and report any technical issues to the supervisor.

- Calculate and issue accurate receipts/invoices for all transactions, providing them to users upon payment; explain the toll charges and answer basic queries.

- Handle cash transactions carefully, ensuring correct change is provided to users; balance and reconcile cash at the end of each shift as per procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
