We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our hotel team (Hot Kitchen). The candidate will be responsible for handling billing, payments, and daily cash transactions while providing polite and accurate service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
Handle guest billing and payment transactions accurately
Operate POS systems and billing software efficiently
Collect cash, UPI, card, and other digital payments
Issue bills, receipts, refunds, and change correctly
Maintain daily cash balance and submit end-of-day reports
Coordinate with service staff and kitchen for correct billing
Handle customer queries related to bills and payments politely
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter
Follow company policies and cash-handling procedures
Requirements
Previous experience as a cashier in a hotel, restaurant, or cafe preferred
Basic knowledge of billing software and POS systems
Good numerical skills and attention to detail
Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Experience
2 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers may apply if trained)
