Manage billing, handle cash, digital payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
Maintain billing accuracy and issue receipts to customers.
Assist in taking customer orders and coordinating with the kitchen team.
Provide support with basic cooking or food preparation when required.
Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and ensure a friendly customer experience.
Track daily sales and share reports with the manager.
Requirements:
Preferably female candidates with good communication and basic cooking skills.
Basic knowledge of POS/billing software (training can be provided).
Customer-focused attitude and ability to multitask.
Well-organised and responsible.
