The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts (Cash Book, Bank Book, Ledger)
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare vouchers, bills, and invoices
Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Maintain purchase and sales records
Handle GST entries, returns, and compliance
Maintain petty cash and expense records
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents
Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
