Job Description

As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all financial transactions at the store, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in retail or jewellery store cashier operations, with strong attention to detail and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently. Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as per company policies. Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and prepare daily cash reports. Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving payment-related issues professionally. Assist with inventory management and stock reconciliation when required. Ensure compliance with store policies, financial procedures, and safety standards. Collaborate with sales staff and management to support smooth store operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Cashier, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, or high-value transactions. Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Honest, reliable, and trustworthy with handling cash and sensitive financial information. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-value retail environment.
