Cashier

to manage daily cash and financial transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

day-to-day cash transactions

including receipts and payments. Maintain

cash book entries

and reconcile with bank statements. Manage

petty cash

and ensure timely documentation. Issue receipts/invoices to clients for payments collected. Assist in

collections

and coordinate with the accounts department. Support the accountant in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Ensure accuracy and transparency in all financial dealings. Safely deposit cash/cheques in the bank as required.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in cashier/accounting roles. Basic knowledge of

accounting and bookkeeping practices

. Proficiency in

Tally / MS Excel / MS Office

.

Valid 2-wheeler driving license

preferred (for banking/collection duties). Strong integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.

Female

candidates from

Trivandrum or nearby locations

preferred.

Desired Skills

Strong numerical and analytical ability. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and responsibly.
