We are looking for Cashier who can manage all billing and cash-related activities at the showroom. The role ensures smooth checkout operations, accurate transactions, excellent customer service, and proper maintenance of sales records in an Indian ethnic wear retail environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Billing & Cash Handling



Manage customer billing at Wizapp system. Handle cash, card, UPI, wallet payments, and gift vouchers accurately. Issue invoices, credit notes, exchange slips, and refund slips as per company policy. Maintain cash register accuracy and ensure no discrepancies at day-end.

2. Customer Service



Greet customers politely and assist them during billing. Resolve basic billing-related queries and guide customers for exchanges/returns. Provide quick and efficient service to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Daily Reports & Documentation



Prepare Daily Sales Report (DSR) and submit to the accounts/management team. Maintain proper records of cash, sales, discounts, and refunds. Count cash at the start and end of the day and report differences immediately.

4. Coordination & Compliance



Coordinate with store manager, sales team, and accounts department for smooth operations. Ensure adherence to company policies related to cash handling, discounts, and returns. Keep the billing counter organized, clean, and well-stocked with required materials.

5. Systems & Software



Operate Wizapp, ERP, and inventory-related software. Update prices, discounts, offers, and customer details in the system accurately.

Skills & Qualifications



Education:

Graduated

Experience:

2-3 years as cashier in retail (ethnic wear/fashion retail preferred).

Skills:

Strong numerical accuracy Good communication and customer service skills Computer knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
