Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Detail-Oriented Cashier

to join our retail team. You will be responsible for managing all customer transactions efficiently, while ensuring a warm and professional in-store experience. Familiarity with

Genesis POS ERP software

is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage retail billing and transactions using

Genesis POS ERP system

Process payments (cash, cards, UPI) and issue accurate receipts Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift Ensure the billing area is clean, organized, and brand-aligned Assist customers with billing-related queries and direct them as needed Collaborate with the sales team for smooth customer service flow Support gift packaging or stock movement during peak hours Report any discrepancies or system issues to the store manager promptly

Qualifications:

Prior cashier experience (preferred in retail/jewellery/luxury segments)

Hands-on experience with Genesis POS ERP is mandatory

Strong accuracy and attention to detail in handling payments Good communication and interpersonal skills Trustworthy, punctual, and well-presented Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation is an advantage
