Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage billing operations including cash, card, and UPI payments with accuracy and responsibility.

Maintain daily cash sheets, reconcile cash at the end of the shift, and ensure error-free transactions.

Greet customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable products to support sales.

Actively promote products, offers, and new arrivals to increase store sales.

Manage product display, restock shelves, and ensure proper labeling and pricing of items.

Keep track of inventory levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor or store manager.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter and sales floor.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Co-ordinate with store staff for smooth store operations and assist in daily tasks as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
