Collect fees (cash, cheque, online payment confirmations) from students/parents and issue receipts.
Maintain accurate daily records of all transactions and prepare cash reports.
Deposit cash/cheques in the bank on a daily basis and reconcile collections with bank statements.
Handle petty cash and ensure proper accounting of all expenses.
Handling Cash Counter, Generate Invoice, handling PDC, Maintaining transactions, Managing Records
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for operation work. Support dept. with administrative task required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce/Finance or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a cashier/account assistant, preferably in education or service industry.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Tally/ERP software.
Strong numerical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of honesty and integrity.
