Job Description

Patient Registration & Service Verification:

Ensure correct patient information and service details are captured accurately.

Coding & Billing:

Accurately code medical services and generate patient invoices or insurance claims according to hospital policies and payer requirements.

Claim Submission & Payment Processing:

Submit claims to insurance companies and process patient payments.

Accounts Receivable Management:

Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve billing disputes with patients and payers.

Payment Reconciliation:

Apply cash payments to the correct patient accounts and reconcile payment records with financial statements.

Revenue Assurance:

Identify and prevent billing errors, revenue leakage, and process inefficiencies to maintain revenue integrity.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate reports on billing performance, accounts receivable, and cash flow, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with departments like patient services, clinical teams, and finance to ensure smooth process flow and resolve issues

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
