Responsibilities

Operate cash registers and manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide exemplary customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly and in a friendly manner. Handle returns and exchanges with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Collaborate with management to maintain an organized, clean, and aesthetically pleasing checkout area. Assist with inventory management by conducting stock counts and reporting discrepancies to management. Process sales transactions promptly and accurately, ensuring proper handling of credit, debit, and cash payments. Stay informed about product offerings and promotions to effectively communicate with customers regarding purchases.

Requirements

Proven experience as a cashier or in a customer service role, preferably in luxury retail. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail to ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions responsibly. Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service and enhancing the customer experience. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
