Experience - 1-2 years

• \xef\x82\xb7 Work involves extracting the Bank statements from respective bank websites.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Allocating the cash (Premium or Claim) received into sub ledgers.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Processing Payments (Premium or Claim) going to UK, Europe and Asian countries along with the North
• America as well as Latin American countries.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Sound knowledge of processing payments (SWIFT, IBAN, Sort code, Account number, banking country
• and Intermediate or routing country)
• \xef\x82\xb7 Co-ordinating with Senior treasury before processing high volume payments
• \xef\x82\xb7 Working on MT 202 and MT 103 swift advices.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Hands on experience/exposure to Oracle and People Soft system for reconciliation of bank entries or
• any other similar platforms for payments.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Reconciliation of currency and treasury deals along with accurate coding in the system (People
• soft/Oracle).
• \xef\x82\xb7 Day end reconciliation for all the accounts and to research in case of any discrepancies.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Checking all bank accounts to see whether all coding is are correct and informing the same to the
• finance team.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Authorizing accounting entries created in oracle system & fair understanding on FSA & SOX regulation.
