Quixa Hypermart is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Cash Supervisor
to oversee cash operations and front-end activities. The Cash Supervisor will manage customer relation staff, ensure smooth and accurate cash handling, and support efficient front-end operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage
cashiers and customer relation staff
to ensure efficiency and accuracy in transactions.
Oversee
front-end operations
, including billing counters and customer service desks.
Ensure strict compliance with
cash handling procedures
, including daily reconciliation, deposits, and reporting.
Monitor cash registers, resolve discrepancies, and authorize refunds or voids as per company policy.
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to cashiers and front-end staff.
Address and resolve customer concerns or escalations in a professional manner.
Ensure availability of adequate cash change and maintain security of cash handling processes.
Coordinate with management for promotions, discounts, and special offers at billing counters.
Prepare and submit
daily cash reports
and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism among front-end team members.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
2-4 years of experience in cash handling or supervision, preferably in retail or hypermarket operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in billing software, and cash reconciliation.
High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
