We at Cash Mauj are hiring Chief Strategic Alliances & Partnership Officer

About Cash Mauj :

Cash Mauj is a financial services supermarket where customer can get all the financial services under single umbrella like loan, credit card, insurance, investment, fast tag, DTH connection, credit score, credit repair services, gift cards and many more with multiple brands.

We've more than 400 products in our inventory where customer can choose, compare and finally buy the same digitally.

Ideal Candidate :

- Having great exposure and rich experience into Strategic alliances partnership, business development, Sales and operations

- Major experience of start-up culture

- Identify, understand and perform regular market research for new corporate and brands for exclusive partnerships.

- Responsible for end-to-end tasks from strategic planning partnerships, pitching the partnership proposals, negotiations, deal closure, liaising with various teams, analysis and reporting.

- Manage all aspects of ongoing partnerships, building trust and ensuring value creation for both sides.

- Responsible for on-boarding affiliates and other marketing agencies for lead generation and work closely with them to drive the set of KPIs and KRAs.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Product, Sales, and Finance) to set up operational framework, processes and draft partnership agreements. Also ensuring that partnerships are smoothly executed.

- Responsible for onboard and manage channel partners.

- Must have an attitude for P&L Management.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree/PG and MBA mandatory.

- 8+ years of experience talent acquisition in BFSI (Fintech/Insurtech/Insurance/Financial Services) industry.
