We've more than 400 products in our inventory where customer can choose, compare and finally buy the same digitally.

THE ROLE :

- You will be supporting the continued development of values-centered culture and recruiting practice at our office.

- You will support the strategic and daily HR functions and activities including Talent support for the team.

- The successful candidate will have in-depth experience as a generalist in mission-driven or BFSI companies.

Your responsibility will include but not limited to :

- Suggesting and implementing initiatives to continually improve the efficiency of the Talent team and the organization including developing Talent analytics initiatives

- Assisting in administering benefits, compensation, employee performance programs, professional development, and employee engagement programs

- Assisting with managing the payroll process

- Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure seamless transitions and positive experience of employees

- Ensuring legal compliance of applicable employment laws, updating guidelines and procedures as required

THE QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related Tech field

- 6+ years of experience as a Generalist role in a high-paced, fast-growth entrepreneurial environment

- Must have knowledge of statutory compliance - POSH/ EPFO / ESIC / Bonus Act and S&E Act, FnF process, and others to ensure 100% audit adherence

- Able to work independently and utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills

- Must have strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy

- Must be detail-oriented, with excellent administrative and organizational skills

- A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a team across multiple zones and sites!

- In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast-growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
