Key Responsibilities



Customer Interaction:

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products.

Sales Transactions:

Accurately process sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services to provide informed guidance to customers.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Store Maintenance:

Keep the sales counter clean, organized, and well-stocked; support inventory management as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.

Experience:

Prior experience in a sales role, preferably within a retail environment.

Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Customer Focus:

Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain a customer-first approach.

Technical Skills:

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Work Environment



The position is based in a retail store environment and requires standing for extended periods as well as occasional lifting. The Counter Sales Executive reports directly to the Store Manager or Opeartion Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
