Cash & Liquidity Management - Global Banking Clients - 2+ Years - Pune
Location - Pune
Summary -
An excellent opportunity for professionals with 2+ years of hands-on experience in treasury operations, cash management, liquidity monitoring, payments processing, and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to daily cash position management, trade settlements, UAT testing, automation support, and cross-border treasury processes (UK/US). This role is suited for detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical, reporting, and compliance awareness in treasury environments.

Responsibilities -

• Manage daily cash position and optimize liquidity to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash reporting and bank reconciliations.
• Process treasury payments and ensure accurate transaction recording in the system.
• Handle trade settlements, defunding activities, and daily liquidity management.
• Monitor bank accounts for accurate reporting and timely settlement of transactions.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of incoming and outgoing payments, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and submit monthly treasury reports summarizing cash flow trends and working capital needs.
• Maintain detailed payment reports to support audits and financial analysis.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose enhancement strategies.
• Participate in UAT testing during system development and enhancements.
• Review SOPs and process flows to ensure alignment with business guidelines and compliance

Requirements -

• 2+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash & liquidity management, payments, and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, audits, settlements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, reporting tools, and financial systems.
• Experience in UAT testing and SOP documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in time-sensitive, high-accuracy environments.
