Key Responsibilities

Cash Flow Management

Monitor daily cash positions and ensure liquidity for operational and strategic needs. Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash forecasts aligned with business plans. Optimize cash utilization and minimize idle balances.

Banking Operations

Manage all bank accounts and ensure timely reconciliations. Liaise with banking partners to maintain strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms. Oversee payment processing, receipts, and intercompany transfers.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure adherence to company policies, SOX controls, and regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation. Implement best practices for risk management in cash and banking activities.

Reporting & Analysis

Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports to senior management. Provide variance analysis and actionable insights for improving working capital. Collaborate with FP&A and Treasury teams for strategic planning.

Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor the cash & banking team. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives for efficiency.

Key Competencies

Strategic thinking and problem-solving. Leadership and team development. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
